Return & Exchange Policy

At Saving Spoons, LLC, our goal is to create products that support your health and comfort, including offering items produced with non-toxic and organic materials that help reduce inflammatory triggers. Each item is made-to-order based on your custom order to ensure quality and care.

Order Review

We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it. Please double-check any personalization details, sizes, and your address to ensure accuracy. Once your order is placed, it enters production after one hour, which means changes or cancellations are not possible after the 1-hour delay.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with your order due to our error (e.g., defects, incorrect items), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace or correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

While we do not accept cancellations after an hour after an order has been received, we are happy to offer exchanges for non-personalized items, for sizing or other adjustments within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

🚚 Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Since personalized products are custom-made, all items that are delivered as described and free from defects are non-returnable. 

Shipping Times

To provide a wide range of organic, non-toxic products, many of our items are produced in Europe, which may result in longer shipping times. We communicate estimated delivery times on product pages, FAQs, and in your order confirmation. Please note that delayed delivery is not considered a valid reason for a return, as we clearly outline shipping timelines before purchase.

International Orders

For international customers, please be aware that duties and taxes may apply. If an international package is refused or duties/taxes are not paid, any return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

If an exchange is authorized due to an error on your part (e.g., wrong size ordered), a 10% restocking fee may apply. Additionally, for orders with free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Return an Item

For all authorized returns and exchanges, please ensure the product is in its original condition, including packaging, and include the original packing slip. We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance for your protection. Returns without an original packing slip or beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of your return for processing and additional messaging regarding your account.
