Which sizes do you offer?
Our size options vary by product. For most clothing items, we offer sizes ranging from XS to 2XL. Please check the product’s size chart for exact measurements and details to find your perfect fit.
Shopping & Payment
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Once it goes into production after that time, we are unable to cancel. Please email us at support@savingspoons.com with your order number and email address as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Do you offer secure credit card transactions?
Absolutely! We use Stripe to process credit card payments, ensuring your transactions are safe and secure. Your payment information is never stored on our end, and we only access the last four digits of your card for verification. Learn more about Stripe’s security practices here.
How do I get a discount coupon?
There are a few ways to snag a discount code:
- Sign up for our newsletter for exclusive offers and product updates.
- Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or Threads (@shopsavingspoons) to catch the latest promotions and giveaways.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Select the product you love.
- Choose your preferences (size, color, etc.), then click Add to cart.
- Review your cart by clicking the bag icon.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and payment information.
- Click Pay now, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the text box at checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Which currency are the prices listed in?
All our prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar).
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, here are a few possibilities:
- It may have gone to your spam folder—be sure to check there.
- There may have been a typo in the email address provided. If you still can’t find it, please email us at support@savingspoons.com with your name, order number, and email address, and we’ll resend it.
Why was my card declined?
There are multiple reasons that may cause this.
For a debit or credit card issue below, please contact your bank or financial institution for resolution:
- You have frozen your card and need to unfreeze it
- There was a typo with the CVV or CCV
- Your card is expired
- You provided card details that don't match your bank profile (name on card, address, etc)
- Another transaction was detected as potential fraud and your card issuer has frozen your card until you reach out
- Insufficient Funds
- If one of those wasn't the reason, it may be that your bank's fraud prevention system flagged the transaction. You can call them to advise this is an authorized transaction.
For a gift card issue below, please contact the gift card issuer for resolution:
- The gift card has hold limits or other point of sale limitations.
A card decline is unfortunately outside of the ability of our customer support team to resolve. You will need to contact your financial institution / card issuer for assistance.
Shipping
What are the shipping options?
We offer two main shipping options:
- DHL Express (4-7 days): Faster shipping with tracking until delivery.
DHL GlobalMail (12-21 days): Slower shipping where tracking is provided until your package arrives in the destination country, at which point it’s handed off to your local postal service
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
My package arrived damaged/wrong. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the error. Please email us at support@savingspoons.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We’ll correct the issue by sending a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
What items are non-returnable?
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please make sure to review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
